01 / Scope

About this policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to nexcellondigital.in and the enquiry, chatbot and contact experiences made available through this website. Nexcellon Digital is a sole proprietorship operating from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when it may be shared and the choices available to you. Where consent is required, we will request it through a clear affirmative action.

02 / Information

Information we may collect.

Information you provide

  • Name, business or company name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • Website address, service interest, project requirement, timeline and other enquiry details.
  • Messages, answers and summaries shared through the enquiry chatbot, forms, email or WhatsApp.
  • Information supplied while discussing, purchasing or receiving our services.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser, device, operating system, referring page and pages visited.
  • Cookies, server logs and similar technical information used for security, performance and website operation.

Please do not submit financial, medical, identity, authentication or other sensitive information unless it is necessary for an agreed service and specifically requested through an approved channel.

03 / Purpose

How we use information.

  • Respond to enquiries and understand the business problem or service requirement.
  • Create and manage leads, follow-ups and customer records in our CRM.
  • Prepare proposals, deliver agreed services and provide customer support.
  • Improve our website, chatbot, service information and customer journey.
  • Maintain security, prevent misuse and meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
  • Send service-related communication and, where permitted, relevant business updates. You may opt out of promotional communication at any time.

We will not sell or rent personal information.

04 / Sharing

When information may be shared.

We may share information where reasonably necessary with providers that support website hosting, email, analytics, automation, communications and CRM services, including Zoho. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We take reasonable steps to select appropriate providers and remain accountable where applicable law places responsibility on Nexcellon Digital.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers, regulators, courts or authorities where required by law, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users or systems.

Some providers may process information outside India. Where this occurs, processing remains subject to applicable legal restrictions and the safeguards reasonably available for the selected service.

05 / Client project data

Data processed while delivering services.

This website policy primarily covers visitors, enquiries and direct business communications. A customer project may involve contact, CRM, messaging, employee or other personal data controlled by the customer.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the customer determines the purpose and lawful basis for that project data and Nexcellon Digital processes it only for the agreed service and documented instructions. The customer is responsible for required notices, permissions and consents. Additional security, retention, deletion and processing requirements should be recorded in the proposal, service agreement or a separate data processing agreement.

06 / Retention and security

How long we retain information.

We retain personal information only while it is reasonably required for the stated purpose or a legal, accounting, security or dispute-related requirement. Unconverted enquiry records are generally retained for up to 24 months. Customer, invoice and project records may be retained for the period required by contract, tax or applicable law. Information may then be deleted, anonymised or securely archived as appropriate.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards and will provide legally required notifications if a personal-data incident affects information for which Nexcellon Digital is responsible. No internet transmission, website, integration or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

07 / Cookies and links

Website technologies and external services.

The website may use essential cookies required for operation. Analytics or performance technologies may be enabled to understand website use. Where applicable law requires prior consent for a non-essential technology, we will request that consent before enabling it. You may also control cookies through your browser, although blocking some cookies may affect website functionality.

Our website may link to third-party websites and services. Their content and privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Nexcellon Digital is not responsible for practices outside its reasonable control.

08 / Your choices

Privacy rights and requests.

Subject to applicable law, you may request information about personal data we process, ask for correction or erasure, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, nominate another person to exercise applicable rights, or raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from continuing a requested service.

Send privacy requests or grievances to hello@nexcellondigital.in. We may request reasonable verification before acting. We will review the request and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where available under applicable law, you may also approach the relevant data-protection authority after using our grievance process.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. Persons under 18 should not submit personal information through the website. If we learn that such information was submitted without appropriate authorisation, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

09 / Updates

Changes to this policy.

We may update this policy when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
